Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing invoices, budgets, or financial documents for accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, stakeholders, and agencies.
  • Ability to coordinate complex field operations across teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.

Responsibilities

  • Budget and Financial Oversight - Monitor expenditures, review invoices for contract compliance, and determine funding pools.
  • Contract & Vendor Management - Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Campsite Cleanup Coordination - Plan and coordinate campsite cleanup efforts.
  • Intergovernmental Coordination - Collaborate with other agencies on IGAs and policy efforts.
  • Community Engagement & Response - Monitor community reports and respond via Zendesk.
  • Public Education & Outreach - Explain homelessness complexities and procedures to the public.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with Portland Solutions teams to improve service delivery.
  • Program Administration - Provide administrative and analytical support including audits.
