Job summary

COR Disposal & Recycling in Portland, Oregon is seeking an entry-level Audit Center Program Coordinator to support the Contamination Audit Center operations. You will oversee daily audit activities, ensure data accuracy, and help scale the program in partnership with the Circular Action Alliance and Oregon's EPR program.

You will gain growth opportunities toward supervisory roles, manage schedules, run KPI dashboards, and contribute to safe, efficient waste audits at COR's CAC facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with recurring deadlines and rotating schedules in dispatch, logistics, or operational administration.
• Strong data entry and KPI reporting skills; comfort with structured data.
• English fluency; bilingual is a plus.
• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the waste audit team and maintain safe, efficient workflow.
• Manage monthly calendars, sampling logic, and KPI tracking; coordinate data uploads.
• Develop training curricula and SOPs; support program growth and expansion.
• Prepare weekly management and client reports highlighting audits and outcomes.
