Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in non profit, education, organizing, or community programming.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of CareerLAB programming.
• Assist in developing and maintaining program timelines, task lists, and workflows.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events, workshops, cohort gatherings, and meetings.
• Track program deliverables and meet key milestones.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants responding to questions and offering support.
• Help build a warm, inclusive and accessible experience for all participants.
• Manage participant communication and gather feedback to improve engagement.
• Assist with outreach, onboarding, and orientation for participants, mentors and facilitators.
• Maintain accurate documentation for program tracking.
• Collaborate with Head of Program and support evaluation by collecting, organizing and summarizing data and participant feedback.
• Ensure new participants feel welcomed and prepared to engage in our programs and directory.
