Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is seeking a Program Manager II for IMPACT at 233 Main Street, New Britain, CT. You will oversee program operations, staffing, and compliance with DPH, Joint Commission, DMHAS, DCF, and grant requirements.

Requirements include a Master’s in Behavioral Health, CT licensure, and 2+ years in a supervisory role with direct clinical care experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Salary ranges from $74,000 to $93,000 with robust benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred.
• State licensure in CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD) required.
• Minimum 2 years in a management/supervisory role with direct care staff.
• Experience in direct clinical care and treatment planning with severe mental illness/substance use.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Spanish language skills/Bilingual/Bicultural abilities welcome.

Aufgaben

• Oversee program functions and staffing to meet consumer and program needs.
• Supervise staff and conduct routine performance assessments and corrective actions.
• Lead weekly staff meetings for client care, safety, and operations.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to fiscal planning and grants/revenue initiatives.
• Engage in internal/external meetings on clinical care, compliance, and reporting.
