Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. in New Britain, CT, seeks a Clinician II for the IMPACT program. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, joining a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and therapeutic services to adults, children, and adolescents with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health (psychology, social work, counseling, MFT, or addiction counseling).
• Connecticut license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/Ph.D./LADC) and MANDT, first aid, CPR certifications.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains trainings and certifications as required by program model.
• Completes intake assessments and provides diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Performs individual, family and/or group treatment using evidence-based practices.
• Develops achievable goals with clients and monitors progress.
