Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) seeks a Program Manager II for the IMPACT program at 233 Main Street, New Britain, CT.

This role oversees program operations, staffing, and fidelity to clinical standards, reporting to leadership and coordinating with regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a behavioral health field, active CT licensure, and at least two years in a supervisory role delivering direct care to adults with serious mental illness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field preferred.
• CT license in related discipline required (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PhD/PsyD).
• Strong supervisory experience with direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program functions and operations per policies and regulations (DPH, Joint Commission, DMHAS, DCF, grant/payer sources).
• Ensure appropriate staffing to meet client needs and fidelity requirements.
• Supervise staff through meetings, performance assessments, and corrective actions.
