Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our IMPACT program in New Britain, CT.

The role supports individuals with mental health, medical, and co-occurring needs and helps them build recovery goals to live, learn, socialize, work, and maintain wellness in the community. You will work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm at 233 Main St., New Britain, CT 06051, with a compensation starting at $20.00 per hour.

CMHA is looking to hire full-time, 1st shift, Case Manager for our IMPACT. This position will be located at 233 Main St. New Britain, CT 06051. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position starts at $20.00 per hour.

Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity.
