Job summary

The Deaf Organizations Fund (DOF), a nonprofit subsidiary of CSD, seeks a part-time Program Coordinator to support the Impact Grant, Training Institute, and Deaf Nonprofit Hub. This remote, temporary position focuses on coordinating programs, managing logistics, and building partnerships with deaf organizations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit programs, grant administration, community engagement, program coordination, or related fields
• Proven track record of coordinating and executing deliverables for diverse projects
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language and written English (REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing DOF’s three programs: Impact Grant, Training Institute, and Deaf Nonprofit Hub
• Oversee grant materials, support the grant review committee, and provide coaching to grantees
• Coordinate logistics for bimonthly training sessions and hub activities
• Develop partnerships with grantees and deaf organizations; liaise with stakeholders
