Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking Phlebotomists to join Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams in Texas. No experience is required; you will connect with donors, collect blood, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Training lasts up to nine weeks with variable hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends. After training, schedules may include holidays. This role offers paid training, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field, such as an internship or externship.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly environment so donors feel comfortable returning.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
• Ensure the blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
