Job summary

Carter BloodCare in Fort Worth, TX is seeking Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams. No experience is required—we’re looking for people who care about donors and delivering the highest care and customer service while learning.

You will connect with donors, assist at mobile drives, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and support our teams in setting up and taking down equipment. Training is provided and a path for advancement exists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and explain the impact of donation
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly environment for donors
• Be detail-oriented to ensure compliance and safe transfusion of blood products
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives
