Job summary

Audubon Great Plains is seeking an Operations Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. The role supports the VP and coordinates with the Fargo or Lincoln offices, including board meeting logistics and travel receipts.

This on-site position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in operations or related roles, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least five years’ experience in operations, logistics, program management, or similar setting.
• Five years' experience in an office administration role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as job demands. Limited overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the office financial point of contact for Audubon Great Plains.
• Supervise operating expense accounts and submit reimbursements timely.
• Ensure bills are paid on time and invoices coded with proper documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, receivables, and revenue tracking.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications on budget and grants.
