Job summary

BBYO in the United States is seeking a part-time Community Impact Operations Associate to support the Community Impact team. You’ll help staff, teens, and parents through Salesforce, front-end website support, and data reporting.

Key duties include keeping documentation current, coordinating events, streamlining operations, and assisting with financial processes. This flexible, remote-friendly position offers meaningful impact in a global teen movement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience with youth or teen programs preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to staff, teens, and parents via Salesforce and the website.
• Produce data reports and insights to help field professionals manage programs.
• Maintain technical documentation, directions, and checklists for staff use.
• Coordinate logistics for Community Impact meetings and events.
• Support financial and administrative processes within CI operations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Assist with volunteer advisor operations and scheduling.
