Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, development, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, development, communications, or event planning (nonprofit preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including grant writing and storytelling.
• Experience managing social media platforms and website content.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple project deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems.
• Experience with grant research and reporting.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Special Events & Fundraising: plan, coordinate, and execute events; manage timelines, vendors, volunteers, sponsorships, and follow-up.
• Grant Writing & Accountability: research grants; write, submit, track; ensure reports and compliance.
• Marketing, Communications & Branding: develop external marketing; maintain website; create materials; ensure brand consistency.
• Social Media & Digital Engagement: plan content; monitor engagement; share stories; track metrics.
• General Development & Organizational Support: donor communication; update databases; collaborate with staff and board; provide admin support.
