Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years of experience in program evaluation/research/data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (SPSS, R, Stata).
• Experience with database design, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate data into insights.
• Commitment to equity and inclusion; experience with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation strategy to assess program effectiveness and organizational impact.
• Establish KPIs and data collection methodologies for multi-level measurement.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements.
• Ensure evaluation methods are culturally responsive and equity-focused.
• Foster a culture of learning through reflection, knowledge sharing, and training.
• Translate evaluation findings into reports and actionable recommendations for decisions and grants.
• Oversee Learning & Evaluation department including budget, staffing, and data logistics.
• Lead data collection systems enhancements (e.g., Salesforce) and stakeholder dashboards.
• Collaborate with leadership to align evaluation with organizational goals and fundraising needs.
