Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, leadership, education, public administration, or related field.
• Progressively responsible experience in student leadership development, community engagement, service-learning, or related areas.
• Experience supervising and developing staff, graduate assistants, or student employees in higher education.
• Experience developing leadership curricula, learning outcomes, or competency-based programs.
• Experience managing budgets and stewarding financial resources.
• Experience building partnerships with nonprofit, public, or community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for leadership development, service engagement, and advising Student Government.
• Design and implement leadership education framework connecting co-curricular learning with career-ready competencies.
• Lead partnerships across campus and community; supervise team members.
• Oversee budgets and resource alignment with student learning outcomes.
• Represent the unit on committees and contribute to departmental strategy.
