• Progressively responsible professional experience in student leadership development, community engagement, service-learning, volunteer programs, student involvement, or a related area.
• Experience supervising and developing staff, graduate assistants, or student employees in a higher education setting.
• Experience developing leadership curricula, learning outcomes, or competency-based educational programs.
• Experience managing budgets and stewarding financial resources.
• Experience building partnerships with nonprofit, public, or community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate assigned professional and graduate staff.
• Manage program and endowment budgets within the portfolio.
• Align resources with departmental priorities and learning outcomes.
• Establish operating practices, timelines, and measures of success.
