Responsibilities

• Teaching graduate courses in the Ph.D. and master's programs in Educational and Community Leadership, and the Principal and Superintendent Certification Programs.
• Teaching and service will be required across these programs in multiple locations, including on the main campus in San Marcos, Round Rock Campus, and partnership cohort programs.
• Developing and maintaining a productive research agenda with peer‑reviewed publications and national/international visibility.
• Seeking or having the potential to seek external funding to support research and student development.
• Contributing to service activities at the program, department, college, and university level, and mentoring master’s and doctoral students through the dissertation process.
