Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in student personnel, counseling, higher education administration or related field is required.
• Three to five years’ experience in higher education or related field.
• Proven leadership and management skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate journey leadership and service programs, including planning, implementation, and assessment.
• Advise the Campus Activities Program Board and student governance bodies.
• Supervise and train student leaders and staff; develop and deliver leadership trainings.
• Collaborate with campus partners to plan service, civic engagement, and community impact initiatives.
• Develop assessment tools to measure learning, participation, and leadership growth.
