Job summary

Enterprise Housing Credit Investments seeks an Associate on the Investor Relations team to support investor relationship management and transaction execution for LIHTC investments. This role requires coordinating due diligence items, assembling investor materials, and maintaining data integrity across internal teams.

The Associate will work with urgency through the syndication process, track deadlines, and support transaction execution while traveling up to 5-10% for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or related field. Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with LIHTC transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities and manage large amounts of documents.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investor support: assist analysts and senior team with investor relationships and inquiries.
• Screening opportunities: track deal flow in a fast-paced front-office environment.
• Transaction coordination: assemble investment materials and support diligence and closing checklists.
• Data & reporting: maintain pipeline accuracy and update Salesforce and internal systems.
• Operational support: prepare meeting materials and track timelines/deliverables.
