Job summary

Enterprise Housing Credit Investments (EHCI) seeks a LIHTC Acquisitions Analyst to join our Acquisitions team. You will analyze affordable multifamily development opportunities and prepare high-quality investment models and PIRs to guide decisions.

Working remotely with a fast-paced team, you’ll manage deal assignments, use Salesforce for tracking, and collaborate with developers. A BS/BA in Finance/Real Estate is required; LIHTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate or Urban Planning (Master’s desirable).
LIHTC development/finance experience required.
Strong financial, analytical, relationship and writing skills.
Advanced proficiency with Excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.

Responsibilities

Analyze affordable multifamily development opportunities financed with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit.
Prepare investment models and PIRs to evaluate potential investments.
Prepare submissions to the LIHTC Deal Screening Committee (LDSC).
Establish and maintain relationships with developers of affordable housing.
Manage deal assignments and track progress using Salesforce.
Address non-critical business issues on behalf of Originators; take on special projects for the acquisitions team.
