Job summary

Enterprise Housing Credit Investments seeks an Associate on the Investor Relations team to support investor relationship management and transaction execution for LIHTC investments. You will coordinate due diligence items, assemble materials, and track deadlines to advance transactions through the syndication process.

The role requires 1+ years of LIHTC experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and Salesforce. Occasional travel up to 5-10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience with LIHTC transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investor support: assist senior team with investor relations and inquiries.
• Monitor and track deal flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Assemble investment materials and support diligence and closing checklists.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and update Salesforce and internal systems.
• Prepare meeting materials and track timelines/deliverables.
