Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Impact Offer to serve as the internal expert for its Impact and Recoverable Grants offering.

This remote role coordinates with Strategy & Offer Management, Grants, Charitable Consulting, Field Enablement, Marketing, and other teams to deliver a high-quality donor and advisor experience with proper risk management. Qualifications

• Experience with philanthropic grants and advisory services.
• Ability to assess opportunities against guidelines and donor objectives.
• Strong consultative communication to explain offerings to colleagues, advisors, and donors.
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams and external partners with follow-through on open issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in monitoring grants and reporting.
• Sound judgment balancing client experience, program requirements, and risk considerations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as internal SME on the Impact and Recoverable Grants offer and coordinate activity across teams.
• Coordinate diligence and supporting documentation with CapShift and other external partners.
• Respond to offer and client questions from employees, advisors, and donors.
• Track active recoverable grants and related reporting.
• Surface and resolve day-to-day issues and support client conversations.
• Highlight the offer in high-value client conversations to support account openings and contributions.
• Provide strategic guidance to refine the offer's value proposition, marketing strategies, and messaging.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and recoverable grant practices.
