Aquent is partnering with a leading financial services organization to drive a premier philanthropic grants program focusing on recoverable grants. You will serve as the internal expert, guiding due diligence, coordination across Strategy, Grants, Charitable Consulting, Field Enablement, and Marketing to deliver superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in philanthropic grants or advisory services.
• Ability to assess opportunities against guidelines and donor objectives.
• Excellent consultative communication to explain offerings clearly.
• Experience coordinating work across diverse internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Impact and Recoverable Grants offer, coordinating activity across teams.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of donor-requested grants against guidelines and objectives.
• Coordinate due diligence and supporting documentation with external partners.
• Provide expert consultative support addressing complex questions from internal teams, advisors, and donors.
• Monitor and report on active recoverable grants, addressing issues to maintain integrity.
• Collaborate with consulting and enablement teams to highlight the offer in client conversations.
• Partner with marketing to refine the offer’s value proposition and messaging.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and best practices in grant management.
