Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a remote, mid-level professional to act as the Product Marketing Manager for the DAFgiving360 Impact and Recoverable Grants offer.

The role will coordinate across Strategy, Grants, Charitable Consulting, Field Enablement, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality donor and advisor experience while managing risk. You will explain the offering, support strategic client conversations, and identify improvements to the offer and client journey.

Qualifications

• Experience with philanthropic grants or related advisory services.
• Ability to assess opportunities against donor objectives and guidelines.
• Strong communication skills to explain offerings to colleagues, advisors, donors.
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with monitoring and reporting on grants.
• Sound judgment balancing client experience, program requirements, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal SME on Impact and Recoverable Grants.
• Coordinate recoverable grant activity across teams.
• Review donor-requested grants against guidelines and objectives.
• Coordinate due diligence with CapShift and partners.
• Respond to questions from staff, advisors, donors.
• Track grants and related reporting; resolve issues.
• Support growth via client conversations and account openings.
• Refine offer value proposition and messaging with Marketing.
• Suggest process improvements for grant practices.
