Job summary

Procom in Lone Tree, Colorado, seeks a Sr. Manager, Impact Offer for a 6-month contract. The role leads as subject-matter expert for the Impact and Recoverable Grants offers, coordinating across teams and external partners to deliver high-quality donor experiences with risk management.

You will review donor requests, manage diligence with CapShift, respond to inquiries, monitor grants, and refine the offer’s value, messaging, and processes to improve client and advisor engagement.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with philanthropic grants or advisory services.
• Ability to assess opportunities against program guidelines and donor objectives.
• Strong consultative communication across colleagues, advisors, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal SME for the Impact and Recoverable Grants offer and coordinate activity across teams.
• Review donor-requested recoverable grants against guidelines and objectives.
• Coordinate diligence and supporting documentation with CapShift and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, advisors, and donors.
• Track active grants and related reporting; surface and resolve issues.
• Assist in highlighting the offer in client conversations to support account openings.
• Provide guidance to refine the offer’s value proposition and messaging.
• Identify process improvements for recoverable grant practices.
