U.S. Bank is seeking an Impact Finance Syndications Investor Strategy Analyst to strengthen investor relationships by delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and improving the investor experience.

You will work with Asset Managers and cross-functional partners across NMTC, LIHTC, and RETC portfolios. The role focuses on preparing investor reporting, developing fund projections, and analyzing investment performance to support strategic decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Experience with tax credits (LIHTC, NMTC, HTC, RETC).
• Strong financial modelling, IRR, and Excel skills.
• Understanding partnership tax returns and related tax concepts.

Mansioni

• Prepare quarterly and annual investor reporting.
• Develop fund projections and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Support investors across a portfolio of tax credit investments.
• Communicate impact of investment performance on investor benefits.
