Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
• 12 years of accounting/finance experience including 8 years of management
• Extensive knowledge of investments, premiums, corporate finance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences

Aufgaben

• Deliver investment results and supporting analyses to leadership clearly and timely.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for quality insights.
• Apply US GAAP and US Statutory accounting and reporting to investment work.
• Own the truth across investment results reporting and simplify reports.
• Manage ad-hoc requests related to investment assets and positions.
• Lead multiple teams and projects within related functions.
• Prioritize resources and assess performance of staff.
• Oversee major change initiatives within timelines and budget.
• Serve as SOX process owner and manage controls.
• Oversee reporting errors and remediation.
