Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience building SaaS applications.
• Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles and scalable architecture.
• Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and Agile collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for Corrections Solutions products with a focus on security, performance, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering in an agile environment.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Design and use AI-assisted workflows to generate, test, and optimize code.
• Automate build and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Design and integrate Web Services/APIs and work with MySQL databases.
• Identify technical debt and deliver features with minimal guidance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and document recurring issues and procedures.
