Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Product Manager for the Enterprise Corrections Suite. This role requires you to own product strategy and collaborate with stakeholders while validating customer needs and delivering solutions for correctional agencies.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in product management and a solid background in software development methodologies. You must report to the Franklin, TN or Plano, TX office at least 3 times a week.

Knowledge in corrections technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a software environment.
• Experience with corrections and related operational software preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and strategy for designated areas.
• Conduct customer visits and market research to validate product strategy.
• Lead product release planning and monitor performance metrics.
