Job summary

First Alt Services is seeking a Project Manager to drive high-priority initiatives across the organization. You will partner with the Services Senior Director to translate strategy into actionable plans and maintain accountability.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in program management, and proficiency with Planner, Loop, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Power BI. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, with English language requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive program management or business operations experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
• Experience working with directors, VPs, or senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; Planner, Loop, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Services Senior Director to organize and advance initiatives.
• Translate leadership direction into structured project plans with milestones.
• Maintain a centralized view of initiatives, priorities, risks, decisions, and actions.
• Drive accountability and escalate risks or delays when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Services, Operations, Product, Technology, Safety, Finance.
• Prepare meeting agendas, executive summaries, KPIs, and status reports.
• Lead initiative meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up actions.
• Identify competing priorities and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Develop repeatable processes and governance for initiative management.
• Monitor outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver impact.
