Job summary

First American is seeking a Project Manager to oversee one or more medium to large scale projects. You will coordinate deliverables, plans and status reports, identify resources, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4–7 years of PM experience, and certifications such as PMP or CSM; ITIL certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of directly related project management experience.
• PMP and CSM certifications preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies.
• Experience with planning, coordinating and administering projects in business/tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple medium to large scale projects.
• Coordinates project deliverables, plans and status reports.
• Manages resources, schedules, budgets and risk.
• Creates project plans with goals, staffing, risks and budgets.
• Facilitates status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
• Monitors budgets and forecasts; prepares status reports.
