Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, Data Center recruiting strongly preferred.
• Experience with recruiting policies, practices, and employment law.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and clients.
• Strong sourcing strategies including social media.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and manage the interview process to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Identify challenges and propose creative sourcing solutions.
• Leverage tools and technologies to improve candidate experience and process efficiency.
• Promote inclusion and diversity by building diverse candidate slates.
• Own the candidate experience and build Wesco's employer brand.
