Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Recruiter to partner with our leaders, hiring managers and HR partners to manage the full life cycle recruitment process and design effective sourcing strategies that build pipelines of talent.

You will drive a positive candidate experience, support brand building, and collaborate with internal and external partners to continuously improve our recruiting efforts and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred).
• 2 years understanding of recruiting policies and employment law.
• 2 years preferred working knowledge of social media relative to the recruiting of candidates.
• Experience with proactive sourcing using a variety of sourcing tools.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate capability.
• Must be flexible, adaptable and well organized.

Compensation Details $58,775 - $94,040 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
