The position requires a high school diploma, MS Office proficiency, and strong customer service. bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a 24/7 operations environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in a restoration or construction industry preferred.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Customer service focus, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good grasp of English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Multi-tasker, with ability to meet tight deadlines, works well under pressure.
• Ability to follow directions, utilize resources.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to communicate or coordinate project schedules and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with Vendor Setup ensuring correct documentation is provided.
• Answer customer calls and direct to staff as needed.
• Generate Work Orders and Change Orders; forward for signature and dispatch crews.
• Maintain daily schedules for crews and establish schedules for efficiency.
• Prepare state/federal/worksite paperwork for Asbestos Projects where applicable.
• Update invoicing and ensure payment requests to management.
• Organize meetings (safety, in-office, production) per policy.
• Collaborate with Call Center on new job information.
• Label photos and upload into systems; manage job files with reports and BOS.
