Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering (Energy focus), Public Policy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of renewable energy advocacy, project coordination, or community engagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies (solar PV, wind) and energy efficiency principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in community outreach and education programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advocacy strategies to promote renewable energy adoption.
• Educate communities and stakeholders on renewable energy benefits and practicalities.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and public awareness campaigns.
• Build relationships with local government, businesses, and community groups.
• Identify opportunities for renewable energy projects and facilitate development.
• Provide technical information and guidance on options and installations.
• Monitor policy developments and advocate for supportive frameworks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and outreach materials.
