Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a QA/Auditing professional to bridge operations and clients, ensuring adherence to complex client parameters and quality standards. You will drive calibration, analyze audit trends, and lead corrective actions while advancing process improvements and ML-enabled enhancements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize scoring variance, manage client portals, and support ongoing QA education—ultimately protecting client revenue and elevating service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, auditing, utilization review, or related healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation utilization review processes.
• Ability to interpret client requirements, audit criteria, scoring methodologies, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of evidence-based and jurisdiction-specific clinical guidelines (ODG, MTUS).
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes.
• Translate audit findings into practical process improvements.
• Experience providing quality feedback or coaching to teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and client partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage recurring audits and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting/case-management systems.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Quality, Technology and other teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client auditors to maintain operational alignment, clarify expectations, and minimize scoring variance.
• Manage monthly case sample selection from reconciliation reports and log scores in the client portal.
• Lead end-to-end audit rebuttal process with data-backed appeals to the client.
• Maintain, analyze, and upload quality metrics and audit insights for real-time visibility.
• Lead in-person client touchpoints and strategic business reviews to strengthen trust.
