Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Three to Five years in a similar role in a human services or behavioral health organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects and daily work of the Quality Improvement Innovations team in the absence of the Director of Quality Improvement.
• Supervise and guide QI Specialist; ensure consistent implementation of operation processes and maintain organizational culture.
• Provide CQI guidance and technical assistance to employees and stakeholders to address quality issues and improve program outcomes.
• Monitor effectiveness of QI initiatives and report to program participants and leadership.
• Review service guidelines and align services/workflows to support service intent.
• Conduct ongoing quality checks of programs and operations and manage stakeholder feedback processes.
• Initiate internal quality improvement plans for areas of opportunity and assist with external corrective action plans as needed.
• Support accreditation, fidelity monitoring, and quality-focused reviews; maintain role-specific certifications.
• Engage in professional development and support organizational mission, vision, and strategic plan.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, Psychology, or related field
