Job summary

Qualifications

At least four years of progressively responsible experience in operations or program management.
Experience in administrative or program operations, preferably in community-serving work.
Experience in human or social services, program administration, or service delivery.
Experience advancing equity by addressing disparities in housing stability, financial stability, healthy living, or access to services.
Experience coordinating financial‑assistance or payment processes with approvals, documentation, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Lead operational and technical resource management for SCOPE's systems and platforms.
Translate program needs into system requirements and coordinate with developers and staff.
Configure and test system changes, manage user access, and ensure launch readiness.
Lead post-launch improvements and document operational impacts and risks.
Oversee onboarding, training, and technical support for staff transitioning to new roles.
