Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead day-to-day implementation of FSCS grant activities in Wolfe and Lee Counties, with strong emphasis on compliance, staff supervision, and data-driven decision making.

Reporting to the Project Director, the PM will coordinate with schools and community partners, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality services that advance outcomes for students, families, and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in personnel, program, and fiscal management.
• Experience with federal grants compliance and budget responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of school reform, college/career readiness, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in ensuring accountability for grant management, including financial, programmatic, and compliance requirements.
• Manage assigned components of the project, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and overall objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to project staff, supporting development, implementation, and evaluation of program activities.
• Guide staff in program planning and execution to ensure effective implementation and achievement of program goals.
• Collaborate with PRI staff to design training materials and deliver training that supports implementation of the community school model.
