Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact is seeking a Program Manager for the Full-Service Community Schools grant in Menifee and Powell counties. This full-time onsite role reports to the Project Director and ensures high-quality execution, supervision, and compliance with grant requirements.

The PM oversees program activities, drives continuous improvement, data-informed decisions, and training design with PRI, collaborating with schools and partners to improve outcomes for students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in personnel, program, and fiscal management.
• Experience with federal grants compliance, including budget responsibility.
• Knowledge of school reform, college/career readiness, and evaluation.
• Commitment to student success and the full services community school model.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in ensuring accountability for grant management, including financial, programmatic, and compliance requirements.
• Manage assigned components of the project, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and overall objectives.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify potential risks or barriers, and recommend solutions to support successful project execution.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to project staff, supporting development, implementation, and evaluation of program activities.
• Guide staff in program planning and execution to ensure effective implementation and achievement of program goals.
• Provide oversight to ensure consistent implementation of the Full-Service Community Schools model across sites.
• Collaborate with PRI staff to design training materials and deliver training.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and regulations; support financial reporting and documentation.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and refine operations.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with school leaders, community partners, and stakeholders.
