Job summary

Movember is seeking a Program Manager, Prostate Cancer Implementation (US) to act as the operational engine behind the US portfolio, aligning timelines, budgets, and partner relationships. You will work with national and state partners, clinicians, researchers, and community organizations to drive program delivery and impact.

You will coordinate awareness moments, events, and logistics, collaborating with Marketing and Fundraising to maximize visibility.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in a health-related discipline.
• At least three years of program and project management experience within a health-related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and negotiations and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple concurrent workstreams, with experience working with external stakeholders including clinical, community, and not-for-profit partners.
• Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with project and task management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, including task creation, milestone tracking, and reporting, as well as working familiarity with SmartSheet, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Box.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned operational tasks through to full completion, providing clear and substantive written status updates without requiring close supervision or repeated follow-up.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex implementation science frameworks clearly and concisely.
• Financial skills to develop and monitor large budget plans, including tracking invoices and payment status against contracted milestones and reconciling grant and program trackers against source finance reports.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Director's strategic priorities into coordinated day-to-day execution across the US portfolio.
• Own timelines, deliverables, budgets, and the operational partner relationships.
• Collaborate with national and state-based organizations, researchers, clinicians, healthcare providers, community organizations, hospitals, and cancer centers.
• Manage Movember's prostate cancer presence during awareness moments and coordinate events.
• Coordinate conferences, forums, and sector events and support advocacy and policy efforts.
• Work with Marketing and Fundraising on messaging and program delivery across the US market.
