Job summary

Movember is seeking a Program Manager, Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalised Cancer Care, to lead end-to-end management of international grant-funded programs. The role coordinates cross-market learning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to the Director in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage budgets, contracts, and knowledge products with input from subject matter experts and patient lived experience voices, enabling evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

• Graduate qualification in health-related discipline, health science, or population health.
• Substantive experience in health equity is a must.
• At least five years of program and project management in a health-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle across grant-funded projects.
• Coordinate cross-market learning and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee grant programs from discovery to evaluation and reporting.
• Develop communications and programmatic assets with Marketing.
• Lead budget planning, invoicing, and annual program reports.
