Job summary

Movember is seeking a Program Manager, Prostate Cancer Implementation in the United States. You will drive day-to-day execution across the US portfolio, managing timelines, budgets, and partner relationships with clinical and community stakeholders.

You’ll coordinate events, align with Marketing and Fundraising, and report to the Director, Prostate Cancer Implementation. The role emphasizes delivery-focused operations, cross-functional teamwork, and advancement of prostate cancer initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related discipline or population health.
• At least three years of program/project management in health settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage conflicts, negotiations, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Asana, Trello or Monday.com and related tools; familiarity with SmartSheet, MS Project, Visio, Excel, Box.
• Ability to work independently with clear status updates.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into day-to-day execution across the US portfolio.
• Own timelines, deliverables, budgets, and partner relationships.
• Serve as main contact for US market partner needs and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate events, conferences, and sector convenings; support advocacy efforts.
• Collaborate with Fundraising, Marketing, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Finance.
• Ensure operational excellence across multiple concurrent workstreams.
