Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks an Alternate Program Manager to support Army National Guard recruiting and transition programs. You will approve deliverables, coordinate funding notifications, and ensure readiness across DMOSQ placements.

Travel is required; a Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in recruiting program management are expected. The role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience managing related recruiting programs (8–10 yrs).
• Certifications and clearances including SOFA and security clearances if applicable.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Approve all required products and deliverables and respond to COR-HRS, COR-RA and KO questions.
• Review, execute and identify problems and notify funding or related issues timely.
• Be responsible for the unit’s work performance and compliance.
• Assist with retaining and placing soldiers into ARNG units who are DMOSQ in high-demand MOS.
• Recruit Prior Service soldiers into the ARNG from the IRR to meet accession mission.
