Brain Balance of Allen & Dallas is seeking an Enrollment Director to close enrollments for high-value programs and grow revenue across two centers. You’ll drive the enrollment journey, leverage data-driven sales, and build lasting community relationships with families and professionals.

With a base salary and strong commission, you’ll be rewarded for converting inquiries into enrollments while expanding Brain Balance’s presence in Allen and Dallas.

Formación

• Proven success selling high-value programs to families.
• Formal sales training and closing significant investments.
• 5+ years in sales, management, or related field.
• Strong KPI analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enrollment journey from first call to enrollment.
• Sell with heart and data using our proven methodology.
• Hit and beat sales targets and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with timely assessments.
• Build referral networks across Allen and Dallas.
