Brain Balance of Allen & Dallas is seeking an Enrollment Director to be the first point of contact for families, drive revenue, and expand the brand presence across Allen and Dallas.

You will close high-value enrollments, balance base pay with commissions, and demonstrate a deep commitment to helping children. This role rewards performance with a total compensation potential up to $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, management, or a related field.
• Degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in high-value B2C sales.
