Job summary

The Adaptive Outdoor Education Center (AOEC) in Brunswick, Maine, is seeking a full-time Program and Campus Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff and volunteer supervision, and program quality at the Brunswick campus. You will manage budgets, fundraising, and community partnerships while ensuring safe, engaging programs for participants.

Qualifications

• Passion for inclusion, accessibility, outdoor recreation and the arts.
• Excellent communication, organizational and relationship skills.
• Ability to multi-task on a daily basis.
• Successful grant writing experience.
• Experience in the non-profit sector with a minimum of 3 years managerial.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and supervision of staff and volunteers; ensure program spaces are safe, clean, and orderly.
• Develop protocols for staff health, safety, and program quality.
• Oversee budgets, grants, fundraising, and board communications.
• Build relationships with agencies, families, funders, and partner sites.
• Provide or arrange staff training and ensure CPR/FA certifications.
