Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, leading, and implementing programs and general activities.
• Provide high quality outdoor, educational, and recreational experiences for teens.
• Assist in the creation of a weekly programming schedule.
• Help in keeping daily attendance and meal records.
• Ensure the general safety of the club and its members.
• Act as a mentor to the teens by participating in programming appropriately.
• Suggest new ways to improve the club.
• Assist program management as needed.
