ImpactLife in Davenport, IA is seeking a Director, Operations Logistics & Data Analytics to lead a team across four states, optimizing scheduling and resource use for Donor Outreach and Collections. You will drive data-informed decisions and align projects with strategic goals.

You will mentor staff, develop predictive analytics, and ensure scorecards track the right metrics while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve operational performance and donor

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in logistics and/or scheduling desired.
• Strong written and verbal communications across diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Oversee scheduling and logistics for Donor Outreach and Collections across four-state area.
• Analyze cost structures to optimize resource utilization.
• Develop staffing metrics and set targets with leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements using PI techniques.
• Focus on data-driven decision making with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop and launch predictive analytics for future operations.
