Target is seeking an Executive Director to lead distribution center operations with a strong focus on safety, leadership, and accountability. The role emphasizes agile teamwork, performance planning, and strategic execution across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement, guide teams, and ensure productive collaboration with stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, and the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills.
• Good judgment, conflict management and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can access all areas of the distribution center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures necessary to carry out maintenance work and work on other processes and activities within the distribution center, for example, the ability to cross conveyors.
